Built through layers of oil, acrylic and mixed media on linen, the piece carries a sense of depth and movement, echoing the natural rhythm of water and the way light travels through it. Subtle textures emerge and recede, drawing the eye inward, while delicate flecks of gold leaf catch the light as you move around the work - like distant stars suspended beneath the surface.

This interplay between stillness and motion creates a work that is both grounding and expansive. It invites a slower way of looking, one that unfolds over time rather than at first glance.
